Hawaiian Flambéed Prawns
Prawns flambéed with Hawaiian Rum, then finished with coriander, garlic, ginger and coriander. Deeeelish!
Crust Beef or Lamb with Anchioade, Sweet Potato & Eggplant
Back strap lamb or beef fillets, crusted with toasted cumin seed and peppercorns, served with grilled sweet potato and eggplant, drizzled with a rustic anchioade with basil, pine nuts, garlic and olives; served with charred Turkish bread.
Grilled Asparagus with Spicy Pecans, Walnut Vinaigrette & Blue Cheese
Just like the title, this is a rock star dish people have been cooking for 13 years. Always a hit and always amazing!
Twice cooked Potatoes with Olives, Onion and Spicy Seeds
BBQs potatoes served with a mix of caramelised onions, sesame & mustard seeds, parsley, Kalamata olives and smoked paprika.

Combining all the tastes of succulent seafood with traditional chorizo, this Paella celebrates everything that is the best of Spain. Always a favourite with many secrets to learn!
Flambéed Chicken with Sherry and Saffron
Chicken marinated with the exotic taste of saffron, flambéed with a dash of Spanish sherry for an eruption of fun and flavour.
Spanish Meatballs (Albodingas) in Spicy Tomato Sauce
Delicious lamb or beef cooked in a rich, Moorish tomato sauce that your team will make from scratch!
Pear and Walnut Salad
Caramelised pears with a sprinkling of brown sugar, finished with toasted walnuts, mesclun and Spanish cheese.
Spiced Cherries with Mascarpone and Chocolate
Cherries spiced with cinnamon, orange and all spice, are mascerated, then matched with mascarpone and chocolate for a delightful Spanish treat.

Chinese Chicken Salad with Crispy Noodles and Fresh Herbs
Crispy chicken tossed with herbs, crunchy noodles, coriander, mint and wicked Asian dressing; served in cute take-out containers with chopsticks.
Flambéed Hawaiian Chicken or Prawns
Prawns or Chicken lit up with garlic, ginger, coconut milk and a dash of rum to create an explosion of flavour. Hula Hula!
Smoked Salmon, plus Pear and Brie Quesadillas
