The recipes are mostly Mediterranean & Latino, but with our various themes we always change the menu to suit the occasion, location, dietary needs, style of event and of course, the season.
As we travel across Australia, NZ and the Pacific, we always choose local providores to make the most of the location, especially for conference team events.
